Interaction and awareness

Introduction

See the main page for more details of the all packages.

The aim of the interaction is to modify through an object the parameters of other objects. Most of the time, the first object is controlled by the user and allows him to modify the environment by modifying the objects parameters.

To interact, objects need awareness of their parameters and a protocol to exchange informations. The protocol is needed to initialize the interaction between objects, once it is done, the parameters of the interactive object can be updated by the other object. To summarize, there are two protocols to communicate the values, the first one works with data flows (input/output), the second one with valued events.

Modules

See Interaction and awareness for the two protocols. See Joints for the joints.
